Hi, my name is Lea and I am an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. I graduated in 2007 from Fortis Institute, and have worked in general dentistry for ten years before coming to our practice in 2017. I enjoy helping patients and seeing their orthodontic transformations. I also enjoy seeing the different treatment plans Dr. Falk creates, as each patient has unique needs. My role is to make sure our patients are comfortable, by telling them what the doctor will do, and supporting them throughout their procedures. A big part of my job entails correlation of patient’s Suresmile wires. In addition, I also take x-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and help teach our patients about orthodontics. The best moment for me, is when a patient finishes and sees how their work has resulted in a wonderful smile!
During my time off, I enjoy listening to music, going on adventures, and exploring new places. At home, my husband Terry and I enjoy raising three boys, Austin, Matthew and Dylan. Wey have two dogs, Khloe and Kapper.
